We have a Magnolia about 30 ft tall it has never flowered. It is a volunteer. We do have other tall trees next to it. Would it survive being moved. What is the best fertalizer. Our soil is clay and hard. We have several trees that are stragley around the house about 4-5 volunteers.

Please give me your advice for care, will it ever bloom? We live in Winston-Salem, NC.
